Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail Tracked services (24 and 48 hour) for all shipments in the UK and International Tracked for all orders outside of the UK which typically take 7-11 working days to arrive.

Please ensure you are aware of the processing times on the listings.

Processing time is not the delivery time, shipping time is on top of this. We cannot guarantee delivery on a particular date, if you are unsure, please message before you order. Our current processing time is 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday).

Orders are processed on first come first served therefore I don't prioritise any orders. Please do not write notes in orders saying you needed it urgently as we don't see notes on orders until we get to making your order.

If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us before you order and we will advise you accordingly as to whether the timescale is realistic or not. Adding a note to your order does not count as messaging us as we only see these when we get to making your order.

We no longer do gift messages / gift wrap with orders, please do not add a gift message as a note to your order as we no longer send paper slips with orders to cut down on the amount of paper we use.
